  1. After your service request has been submitted, during normal business hours
    (USA - PST), someone from our customer service department will call or email you within three hours to confirm your service request order and the validity of your service request. We take your privacy and security very seriously and want to do everything we can to ensure both are protected. We also want to ensure all service requests are validated. Any information we use for verification purposes is never retained per legal requirements. Any information we are legally obligated to destroy is destroyed immediately on completion of service request. This process is used only for the purpose of keeping costs down for all of our clients.
  2.  Invoicing occurs monthly on or after the 7th of each month. Invoices will be considered late if not paid by the 15th day after receipt of an invoice. A $10 late fee will be applied on the following invoice date and services may be interrupted if total amount is not paid within 30 days of the original invoice date. If fraud is expected, services will be terminated immediately for any reason Global Conferencing Center considers fraudulent.
  3. Payment can be made by credit or debit card payment Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal or business check.
  4.  Within one business day (usually much sooner) you will receive an email with all of your conferencing numbers and a complete conferencing information or further instructions that will allow you to order additional services such as international toll free services from your personal online services portal.

I understand that my credit card will be debited to pay all my invoices promptly within the terms stated on the invoice. I agree to inform the Global Conferencing center if this credit card is canceled or terminated or needs to be updated for any reason. I have read and agree to the rates located on the “rates page” including “Schedule A”- Services and Service rates. I understand that if this credit card is unable to pay for services, Global Conferencing Center can place my account on a credit hold status, which means my company cannot use any more conference calling services until payments are made to restore my account. I am responsible for all usage of my authorization codes; therefore I will keep the codes confidential to prevent any unauthorized usage on my account. If I do suspect any unauthorized usage, I will report it to Customer Service immediately at 800-804-8076.
